The only program that moves invisible business owners into the spotlight by creating status, authority and influence, without posting ten times a day and acting cringe on camera. We are using research on human behavior to create influential online presence.
I told you in the video how important a personal brand is. Here are the number to back up this claim.
of people research someone online before dealing with them. Buyers, investors, partners, journalists, future hires. Everyone looks online. The only question is what do they find.Source: The Manifest, Recruitment and Social Media Survey.
of people trust an individual with an established presence more than they trust the company's own marketing. Your logo cannot build trust as fast as a face can.Source: Brand Builders Group, National Personal Brand Index.
of decision makers say they judge a firm's capability on their thought leadership, rather than on its sales material. Your deck is not what convinces them. Your thinking does.Source: Brand Builders Group, National Personal Brand Index.
of a company's market value is attributed by senior executives to the reputation of its chief executive. Almost half of what your business is worth sits on top of what people believe about you personally.Source: Weber Shandwick and KRC Research, The CEO Reputation Premium.
more impressions when the same post goes out from a personal account instead of a company page.Source: LinkedIn, official data on employee advocacy and personal profiles.
more engagement on that same personal account.Source: LinkedIn, official data on employee advocacy and personal profiles.
greater reach when content travels through people rather than through brand channels. Your company page is the weakest distribution asset you own, and you are probably still funding it.Source: MSL Group, Social Media Engagement Benchmark Study.
of hires say they were chosen because of their online presence, and rejected because of the lack of one. Read that from the other side. The top talent you want to hire is running the same check on you, right now, before they reply to your message.Source: CareerBuilder and DSMN8 hiring studies.
By 2030 the search will not be done by a person. It will be done by a model. Recruiters, buyers and research tools will parse everything published under your name and decide, in advance of any human, whether you count as an authority in your field.
That changes what wins. Generic posts and generated content get filtered out, because there is an infinite supply of them and they cost nothing to produce. What survives the filter is original thinking, a documented track record and a voice that is recognisably one person's.
The other shift is already underway. Companies are becoming publishing platforms for the people inside them. The founder is the channel, and the brand travels behind them.
If you're interested in how I got here, here it goes. I burned out at 26. It took about 3 years to rebuild myself.
That period made me ask questions about who I was. How much of my behaviour was actually chosen by me. What it would take to change and become someone influential, someone worth listening.
After those 3 years I spend 15 years working in high performance, identity formation and character transformation, coaching founders and executives on how they carry themselves and how they hold up under pressure.
For 13 of those years I also worked in senior financial positions inside the corporate world.
That overlap is the reason this programme exists.
During the day I sat in rooms where budgets were approved, partnerships were signed and people were promoted. In my own time I was studying why people choose the people they choose. So I was not reading about it in a book. I was watching it happen, with real money attached, every week for 13 years.
Here is what I saw.
The person who got chosen was rarely the most qualified person in the room.
I kept looking for what the chosen ones had in common. Was it better results? Longer experience? Stronger relationships? That couldn't be the reason, because there were always people in the room that were better.
What they had in common was STATUS.
For most of my career, status was assigned in person. You could build it slowly, with the people who already knew you.
That is no longer where it happens.
The judgement is now made before they ever meet you, by someone scrolling on their phone, looking at whatever you have posted on socials. It's the same mechanism, same instincts, but an entirely different arena. And it's an arena most founders have never learned to operate in, because nothing in running a business prepares you for this.
So the work moved online. Not because I became interested in social media, but because that is where status is now assigned.
That is the core of what I do. I take fifteen years of work on how people form characters, and apply it to the place where your character is read.
What I teach is how to be the strongest version of the person you already are, from the moment you press record. That is a choice, not a personality trait. You decide how you speak, what you stand behind, what you refuse to apologise for, and how you carry yourself while the camera is on. Those decisions are exactly what people read as status.
And this is a choice you already make daily, when you walk into a negotiation, when you address your team. Most founders have simply never made this decision in front of a lens.
That is the part we work on together.

This programme is new, so it has no testimonials of its own yet. The words below come from the private mentorships I have run over the last five years, working one to one on high performance, character formation and performance identity. That is the work this programme is built on.

Most coaches hold this back until they have you on the phone. I rather you arrive knowing, so we spend 30 min talking about the future of your business instead of the investment.
Do the audit, sit through the first two calls, see how I work. If for any reason before the end of week two you decide this is not for you, tell me and I refund the full amount.
It takes about 5-10 minutes.
